I am an Education Technology Specialist across several different schools. I'm really excited to get started in this degree program, and I look forward to applying these skills to the students and staff I serve. I'm happy to be working with all of you, and wish you all the best in your studies!
I am finding a lot of teachers in our class, Of course with the MALET program I am surprised I am surprised. I was a Volunteer teacher for five years but I have been a homeschool teacher for 25 years. My youngest is 8 years old and my two oldest are venturing out in the world. I currently work, in real time operational management, ensuring productivity of an online virtual workforce for Sykes Enterprises Inc. This is a work at home workforce with individuals from every times zone and almost every state across the United States. All interviews training and employment responsibilities in the field of Business Process Outsourcing is conducted from home offices using emerging technology. So though I miss my teaching of pre-k through 12th grade students my current career is very relevant to this degree focus as well.
